Refund and Returns Policy
At Doon Communication, we strive to provide the highest quality mobile electronics and home appliances. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers in Dehradun and beyond, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Return Window
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery or purchase from our store.
- After 7 days, the product will fall under the manufacturer’s warranty policy (if applicable).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Unopened Packaging: For mobile phones and small gadgets, the original brand seal must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid bill or invoice from Doon Communication is mandatory.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Accessories: All inbox accessories (chargers, cables, manuals) must be returned with the device.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with a broken brand seal (unless dead on arrival).
- Items with physical damage, liquid damage, or scratches caused by the user.
- Software, screen guards, or any consumable accessories once used.
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
4. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Technical Defects
- If a mobile or electronic item is not turning on (DOA) or has a manufacturing defect upon unboxing, please contact us immediately.
- For CCTV systems and Home Appliances, our technician will visit to verify the defect before processing a replacement.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment (or UPI/Bank Transfer) within 5-7 working days.
- Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. CCTV & Installation Services
- Hardware (Cameras/DVRs) follows the standard electronic return policy.
- Installation charges and service fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed at the site.
